摘要
应用过零穿越极性相关方法测量管道内高温烟气流速的系统,采用单片微机及自行开发的扩展系统和过零穿越算法,对烟气流动噪声信号作极性相关处理,快速搜寻峰值对应的时延值,并据此求得烟气流动速度。试验表明该测量技术具有测量精度高、测量时间短、系统简单、可靠性强等优点,适用于工业现场进行在线测量。
A zero crossing polarity correlation measurement method is proposed for the velocity of high temperature flue gas in pipe.We developed an experimental system consisting of one chip microcomputer and its extended system and applied zero crossing algorithm to the flow noise of high temperature flue gas.A delay time corresponding to correlation peak is obtained through fast seeking and changed into the flow velocity.The experimental results demonstrate that the correlation technique is a prospective on line measurement method with high precision,short measuring time and commercially reliability.
