摘要
给出了对汽轮机末级叶片失速颤振的全三维粘性流的数值分析方法和对某汽轮机的具体分析结果,计算了各种流量、各种背压和各种振频下的非定常气动力作功,共250种工况。得出的颤振边界线与实测的安全运行限制线基本符合,证明该方法完全适于进行工程应用分析。
The three dimensional viscous flow numerical analysis method of stall flutter in steam turbine blades and its analysed results are presented in this paper.The work done by unsteady aerodynamic force under various flow rate,various back pressure and various vibrating frequency are calculated,it contains 250 flow conditions.Calculated results are coincident with the experiments.It demonstrate that this method may be used in engineering analysis.
