摘要
随着核电、风电、超临界、超超临界汽轮机组的相继投产,铸钢件的品种越来越复杂,质量要求越来越高。这对以电弧炉单炼为主要生产方式的钢水质量提出了严峻考验,对电弧炉+LF炉双联生产及炉外精炼措施提出了迫切要求。一段时间以来,尔汽的使用LF炉冶炼多钢种铸钢件方面进行了积极尝试,但由于在LF炉设备特性及精炼工艺技术方面缺乏研究,对国内外LF炉先进技术的转化和应用方而也没有取得突破性进展,使得LF炉在实际生产中的作用未能充分发挥。该文就科研实践与理论分析相结合,对LF炉设备特性及精炼工艺技术进行了基础性研究。
While nuclear power, wind power, supercritical turbines and ultra-supercritical turbines were put into production in our country, variety of cast steels produced by our corporation was more and more complex, and quality of cast steels was required higher and higher. Quality of liquid steel produced by arc furnace met a severe test, by means ofjointing arc furnace with ladle furnace or external furnace refinement was required urgently. Since a period of time, we had made a try to melt kinds of cast steels by ladle furnace, we hadn't succeed tremendously in application and transformation of ladle furnace advanced technology, ascribed to the lack of research on equipment characteristics and refining technology of ladle furnace, so ladle furnace didn't operated sufficiently in practice. This paper basically researched on equipment characteristics and refining technology of ladle furnace, associated theory with practice.
