摘要
介绍了一种特种电机—反电势控制行扫描永磁无刷直流电机。该电机不同于一般传统电机,它是在吸取研制高精度陀螺电机经验和技术基础上,结合红外热成像仪的特殊需要,采用相关的光学技术,构成集光、机、电为一体的高新技术电机。文中给出该种电机的结构设计要点、控制线路原理、加工装配工艺,特别着重研究分析如何保证综合光学误差的要求和对恶劣环境条件的适应性。
The paper describes a line scan brushless DC torque motor. Being not similar with a traditional motor, this special motor has adopted the correlative optic techniques and composed of the advanced opticelectromechanical skills. This motor has the ability to meet the special needs of infrared thermal imager.The thesis gives the structural design gist, principle of the control circuit, processing and assembling techniqur. In the meantime, we discuss and analyze emphatically how to satisfy the requisitions of the combined optic error and the ability in a bad ambient condition.
