注射型磷酸钙在塌陷型胫骨平台骨折治疗中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨注射型磷酸钙在塌陷型胫骨平台骨折治疗中的应用。方法分析采用注射型磷酸钙填塞植骨加支撑钢板手术治疗的20例塌陷型胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料,全部病例术前均行X线正侧位摄片、CT扫描,以准确了解骨折的塌陷和粉碎程度。骨折塌陷大于5mm且伤前无关节退行性变者,均作为该手术方法的适应证。结果术后X线片显示所有骨折均达到解剖复位或接近解剖复位。全部患者均获得随访,随访时间6个月~2年,平均1.6年。根据根据Merchant标准评定,优16例,良2例,一般2例,优良率90%。结论注射型磷酸钙填塞植骨治疗塌陷型胫骨平台骨折是一种有效的治疗方法 ,注射型磷酸钙作为骨移植替代材料,具有良好的临床应用前景。
