纳米氧化锌表面包覆二氧化硅的性能研究 被引量:8

Property Research of Nano-ZnO Coated by Silica on Its Surface

摘要 采用直接沉淀法制备了纳米ZnO,以ZnSO4.7H2O和Na2CO3为原料,并用硅酸钠水解生成的SiO2对其进行了表面包覆改性。通过采用红外吸收光谱(FT-IR),X射线衍射(XRD)对改性前后的ZnO进行表征。结果表明,ZnO表面形成的包覆物是以非晶态形式存在的,改性后纳米ZnO对紫外光的屏蔽性能有所下降,光催化活性明显下降,进一步证明了纳米ZnO颗粒表面存在二氧化硅包覆层,使纳米ZnO稳定化。 ZnO nanoparticles were prepared from ZnSO4·7H2O and Na2CO3 by precipitation method,and the sur-faces were coated by SiO2,which was obtained by the hydrolysis of Na2SiO3.Both the coated and uncoated ZnO nanoparticles were characterized by FT-IR,XRD.The results show that the coated layer on ZnO suiface is amor-phous after modification,UV screen and photocatalytic performance are decreased,which further illustrated that SiO2has been coated on the surface of ZnO anoparticlesto stablize it.
