炼油厂酸性水罐区油气回收模拟计算及参数优化

摘要 采用流程模拟软件proⅡ软件对酸性水罐区油气回收工艺进行了优化模拟计算。结果表明,采用低温吸收工艺,在2个吸收塔理论板,吸收温度20℃,液气比50 L/m3时,油气净化率97.2%,吸收塔出口油气浓度为14 756 mg/m3,达到了油气排放的国家标准。实验室实验吸收效率95.6%,出口质量浓度18 374mg/m3,模拟结果与其有良好的一致性。 Optimal simulation and calculation of gasoline vapor recovery for sour water tank were carried out by process simulation software proⅡ.The results show that the purification rate of oil and gas and its concentration at exit can reach 97.2% and 14 756 mg/m^3 under the conditions of two absorption tower theoretical plates,adsorption temperature 20 ℃ and liquid gas ratio 50 L/m^3,which achieves the national standards.In laboratory test,adsorption rate and concentration of oil and gas are 95.6% and 18 374 mg/m^3,which is consistent with the simulation result.
