摘要
近年来电网继电保护运行水平有所提高,正确动作率逐年上升,但存在母线差动保护和断路器失灵保护正确动作率偏低等问题,分析了出现问题的原因,提出了改进意见。对有些微机保护误动的原因及微机保护装置硬、软件定型与规范化等问题进行了分析、讨论。指出全行业应重视上述三方面的问题,抓好保护的科研和管理工作。
Busbar differential protection, circuit breaker failure protection and microcomputer-based line protectionare detailed analyzed. Based on statistical data of protection operation.some reasons causing incorrectness ofprotection operation are found, such as incorrect processing of balance; restraint current in busbar protect;interference; trouble in communication channel of high frequency protection etc.Some ideas are presented to improvetheir rates of correct operation. Standardization of hardware and software of microcomputer-based protection sets isdiscussed.
