摘要
研究了碱锰电池串联或串并联使用时,其中有些电池出现“负电压”现象的原因。认为负电压是电池过放,反极引起的。并通过XRD,ICP测试分析了电池不同村电状态时正、负极发生的电化学反应。
The phenomenon of 'polarity reversal' of alkaline zinc-manganese dioxide cell had been studied. It was found that individual cells from the production line were slightly different in capacity. In multiple-cell series arrangement, cells with poor capacity would be exhausted before others and only the better ones would maintain the needed current. Eventually the poorest cell in the series would come to an operational state called' polarity reversal'. The reactant of positive and negative electrode were analysed by XRD and ICP measurement.The electrochemical reactions at different stage were discussed.
