Through the research on the background,essence and reason of collapse of shadow banking system,the article studies the differences between trust companies in China and shadow banks in US in aspects such as business philosophy,company operation,risk management and so on.Finally,the article proposes the enlightenment that the collapse of shadow banking system brings on the development of China＇s financial structure and trust industry.
