摘要
用慢速线性电位扫描法测定铅酸蓄电池正极板栅电极的阴极还原曲线,可以确定正极板栅氧化膜的性质:膜的组成及膜成分的含量。正极板栅氧化膜的性质是决定电池放电容量及电池寿命的重要因素之一。确定正极板栅氧化膜的性质有利于选择合适的合金材料和确定适当电池生产工艺条件。
The performance of oxide film on positive grids in a lead acid battery, oxide film compositions and their amount could be determined through the cathedic reduction of the oxide film by using linear potential scan methed. It was one of the most important factors that would affect the life and the capacity of a battery. Its determination was useful for the selection of an alloy used as positive grids and technological conditions in the productiOn of lead acid batteries.
