摘要
介绍了普通外圆磨床计算机辅助设计系统CGCAD的研制。根据外圆磨床设计的特点,运用先进的面向对象技术和参数化设计方法,以我国自主版权PICAD系统为软件平台,在微机上开发出具有Windows界面风格又有较强实用价值的外圆磨床CAD系统。实现了磨床零件设计过程、计算过程与绘图过程的统一和过程化的参数化绘图,极大地提高了外圆磨床设计的效率和质量。
This paper introduces developing a cylindrical grinder computer aided design system(CGCAD). The overall structure,design principle,configuration and realization of key techiques for this system are explained.CGCAD system can realize the integration of the design,the calculating and the drawing process of grinder part. By parametric drawing method, the design efficient and speed of cylindrical grinder are improved rapidly.
