摘要
目的探讨焦虑情绪、个人评价、父母养育方式及社会支持等心理社会因素对医学生采取积极或消极应对方式的影响。方法分层整群抽取宁夏医科大学500名本科生,进行特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、个人评价问卷(PEI)、父母养育方式量表(EMBU)以及社会支持评定量表(SSES)测查,回收有效问卷483份,以TCSQ中积极应对(PC)和消极应对(NC)两个量表分值为因变量,其余量表分值为自变量,在SPSS13.0支持下作Stepwise多元逐步回归分析。结果进入PC线性方程的变量依次有:SAS总分、主观支持、对支持的利用度,而SAS总分、SSES总分、母亲因子Ⅲ进入NC线性方程。结论降低焦虑水平、加强社会支持力度、提倡父母情感温暖、理解的教养方式,有利于医学生在面对挫折或压力时采用积极应对方式,以提高心理健康水平和社会适应能力。
Objective To evaluate the influence of the anxiety, personal evaluation , parental rearing patterns and social support on positive or negative coping style. Methods 483 medical students were sampled with the stratification cluster sampling and assessed with TCSQ, SAS, PEI, EMBU and SSES . Positive coping and negative coping in TCSQ were taken as dependent variable, and other scales were taken as independent variables in multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results Variables entered into the linear equation of PC were SAS, subjective support and the availability of support. SAS, mother factor m and SSES entered into the line- ar equations of NC. Conclusion Decreasing the anxiety , enhancing social support, promoting parenting warmth and understanding style could improve the mental health and social adaptability of the medical students.
