安徽玉米病害田间调查与病原鉴定

Field investigation and maize pathogen identification in Anhui Province

于2008~2009年,对安徽省玉米病害调查采样,分离培养,鉴定,病毒病害采用提取病叶粗汁液通过电镜观察病毒粒体形态和酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）。结果表明,安徽省玉米种植区发生的玉米病害有10几种。主要病害是玉米锈病、玉米大（小）斑病、玉米纹枯病、玉米粗缩病、玉米褐斑病、弯孢菌叶斑病、玉米真菌茎腐病、玉米瘤黑粉病等病害。纵观近10年病害发生情况,粗缩病已成为安徽省的主要病害,褐斑病、南方锈病有明显上升趋势,应加强监测与防治技术研究。

In 2008-2009,the main diseases of maize were investigated in Anhui Province,and the pathogens were isolated,cultured and identificated;The virus particles were observed through the electron microscope and the ELISA was conducted.The results show that there are more than ten kinds of maize diseases in main corn-growing areas,namely Corn rusts,Southern（Northern） leaf blight of Corn,Corn sheath blight,Maize rough dwarf disease,Corn brown spot,Maize curvularia leaf spot,Maize stalk rot and Corn smut.Reviewing the incidence of these diseases throughout the past 10 years,Maize rough dwarf in Anhui Province has become the main disease,and the damage caused by Maize brown spot and South rust of maize rises up significantly.So monitoring the maize pathogens and research on prevention and control technology should be strengthned.
