摘要
将模式识别技术应用于变电站数字视频远程监控系统中,为变电站实现无人值守提供了条件。图像处理和模式识别是远程视频监控系统应用研究中的两大关键技术。阐述了图像处理和图像识别的过程,介绍了常用的模式识别如统计模式识别、模糊识别和神经网络识别等方法的基本原理,并对它们的优缺点进行了分析。最后总结了对变电站内信号灯状态、指针表、数字表和环境等的识别方法。
Pattern recognition technology will be applied to substation digital video remote monitoring system, in order to realize unmanned substation providing the conditions. Image processing and pattern recognition are two key technologies in the Remote Video Monitoring System Applied. Image processing and image recognition process are expounded, the basic principles of the commonly used pattern recogni- tion such as statistical pattern recognition, fuzzy identification and neural network methods are introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Finally the identification methods of the signal state ,pointer table, the table and the environment in substation are summed up.
