摘要
输电网络的长期优化规划问题由于其复杂性而一直未能获得令人满意的解决。对此,本文根据工程实际提出了伪动态临界可行结构匹配法,并以规划期内总投资费用的贴现值最小为目标函数建立了相应的数学模型。实例计算结果表明了本文方法的可行性、实用性和快速性,此方法已经在“电网规划决策支持系统”软件包中得到应用。
The transmission power network expansion planning is an important part of the overall planning task of electric power systems. The'Pseudodynamic matching method between critical feasible configarations'is presented firstly to solve multi-stage dynamic expansion planning in this paper. Pseudodynamlc theory is applied in this method to strengthen the Joining of planner. At the same time,the matching calculation of critical feasible configarations and weight coefficent w are used to meet tile coordinate of critical feasible configarations between all stages.
