机组入网流通成本的研究

A RESEARCH ABOUT COSTS OF TRANSMISSION BY CONNECTING GENERATOR TO GRID

本文在说明机组入网流通成本概念的基础上，通过实时电价和转运成本等基本理论进行了成本组成的定性分析，借助经济调度和电网规划等主要方法实现了各项成本的定量计算，并最终就上海电网中的具体算例作出了研究，得到了若干结论。

This paper explains the concept about costs of transmission by connecting generator to grid at first. then analyzes of costs with basic theories such as spot pricing and wheeling cost, and calculates each of costs through main methods such as economic dispatching and grid planning, and finally applies these researches on examples in Shanghai, and draws some conclusions.
