摘要
以项目管理工作结构分解（work breakdown structure）为基础，结合ISO／IEC17025及实验室资质认定评审准则要求，研究和建立了实验室质量目标分解结构模型（model for objective work breakdown structure），为实验室有效建立质量目标管理体系提供一种可行的技术方法，具有很强的实用性和可操作性。
A model for laboratory quality objective breakdown structure is researched and established here based on the method of work breakdown structure on project management, combined with requirements of ISO/IEC17025 and laboratory accreditation criteria. This model provides a viable technical method for a laboratory to establish quality objective system effectively with strong practical and feasible characteristics.
