摘要
目的规范压疮的护理管理，提高压疮的防治效果。方法于2008年开始对压疮实施流程管理，进行了压疮高危因素筛查、难免压疮申报、伤口评估、循证护理及全程质量控制，并在实践中进行持续质量改进。结果实施压疮流程管理后（2008年）比管理前（2007年）难免压疮发生率极显著下降（P〈0．01），院外带入压疮治愈率明显提高（P〈0．05），院内压疮高危患者呈报率明显增加（P〈0．05）。结论实施医院压疮流程管理对压疮进行护理质量监控，是防治压疮的有效管理手段。
Objective To standardize nursing management of pressure ulcers in order io improve the control effect of pressure ulcers. Methods From 2008, the process management of pressure ulcers was implemented, the screening of pressure ulcers risk factors, declaring of unavoidable pressure ulcers, wound assessment, evidence - based nursing and total quality control were carried out, and in the practice, continuous quality was improved. Results After 2008 when the process management was carried out, the incidence of unavoidable pressure ulcers decreased significantly （P 〈 0.01） ~ The cure rate of pressure ulcers from out of the hospital increased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the cure rate of nosoco- mial pressure ulcers rose significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The implementation of hospital process management of pressure ulcers on nursing quality control is an effective management means to prevent pressure ulcers.
