摘要
目的了解怀化地区乡镇卫生院现状及存在的问题,为合理建设乡镇卫生院提供参考依据。方法以问卷调查方式随机抽查了怀化地区157所卫生院进行调查,采用SPSS16.0进行描述性分析。结果乡镇卫生院的发展很不平衡,77.7%是医院独家举办,机构经营形式为自负盈亏、工资自己解决的占79.0%。医务人员结构不合理,人员类别配置欠佳;严重缺少护士;无学历者占14.79%,本科及以上学历者占5.45%,以中专学历与大专学历者为主;无职称者占14.85%,副高及以上职称占4.03%。卫生院主要需要外科人才(63.7%)和妇科人才(64.3%),最需要强化的技能是应诊技能(43.9%),最需要强化的知识是临床医学专业知识(43.7%)。结论卫生院卫生技术人员配置不合理,学历、职称偏低,应加大政府经费投入,加强卫生人才队伍建设。促进农村卫生事业发展和保障农民健康水平。
Objective To understand the status quo and the problems of the township health centers in Huaihua and to provide references for reasonably building the township health centers. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out within 157 township health centers in Huaihua. Then a descriptive statistical analysis was conducted with SPSS16.0 statistical software. Results The development of the township health centers was very unbalanced.77.7% of those were conducted exclusively by themselves. The proportion of the management style of their institutions assuming sole responsibility for profit and loss was 79.0 %. The makeup of the medical staff was also unreasonable, and nurses were seriously lacking. The township health centers need the surgical talents and gynecologists. Conclusion The makeup of the medical staff in the township health centers is not reasonable. The staff' s educational history and the professional titlesare on the low side. It is necessary for the government to increase the funds and strengthen the team foundation of the health talents in order to promote the rural health services and ensure the health level of the peasants.
