应用口腔修复膜预防腮腺术后Frey综合征的临床观察

Clinical Research of Prosthodontics Membrane in Prevention of Frey's Syndrome after Parotidectomy

目的评价在腮腺肿瘤切除术中植入口腔修复膜对Frey综合征（味觉出汗综合征）的预防效果。方法 43例腮腺良性肿瘤患者随机分为实验组（22例）和对照组（21例）。实验组患者在腮腺肿瘤切除后植入口腔修复膜,对照组按常规处理未用口腔修复膜。术后6～13个月后,所有患者通过调查问卷形式和碘-淀粉试验对Frey综合征发生率分别进行主观评价和客观评价。结果实验组和对照组Frey综合征的主观评价发生率分别为4.5%（1/22）、38.1%（8/21）（P〈0.05）;客观评价发生率分别为9.1%（2/22）、61.9%（13/21）（P〈0.05）。结论口腔修复膜植入是预防腮腺肿瘤术后发生Frey综合征简单易行的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of prosthodontics membrane in prevention of Frey＇s syndrome after parotidectomy.Method 43 patients who suffering from benign tumor were divided into Experimental group and Control group randomly.22 cases in Experimental group underwent insertion of prosthodontics membrane after superfi cial parotidectomy or partial parotidectomy,while 21 cases in Control group underwent superfi cial parotidectomy or partial parotidectomy.After operation 6 to13 months,All 43 patients were evaluated for gustatory sweating by both questionnaire and minor starchiodine test.Results Subjective evaluation of Frey＇s syndrome revealed that the incidence rate of experimental group and control group were 4.5%（1/22）,38.1%（8/21）respectively（P0.05）.objective evaluation of Frey＇s syndrome revealed that the incidence rate of experimental group and control group were 9.1%（2/22）,61.9%（13/21）respectively（P0.05）.Conclusion Insertion of prosthodontics membrane is an effective method for prevention of Frey＇s syndrome after parotidectomy.
