健脾润肺丸辅助治疗老年初治涂阳肺结核效疗观察90例

The Effect Observation of Jianpi Runfei Pill Adjuvant Therapy of Old Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis in 90 Cases

目的观察健脾润肺丸对老年初治涂阳肺结核的辅助治疗效果。方法 180例老年初治涂阳肺结核随机分为治疗组和观察组,化疗方案均为2HREZ/4HR,治疗组加用健脾润肺丸。结果治疗组1个月末、2个月末痰菌阴转率分别为75.5%和84.4%,高于对照组的53.3%和64.4%;治疗组2个月末、6月末的病灶吸收好转率分别为62.2%和93.3%,高于对照组的40.0%和77.7%;治疗组6个月末的空洞闭合率为84.4%,高于对照组的57.7%;治疗组药物不良反应发生率为6.7%,低于对照组的20%,经统计学处理,差异有显著意义。结论健脾润肺丸有助于老年初治涂阳肺结核的辅助治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical effect about old patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated by Jianpi Runfei Pill.Methods 180 cases of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis in early old yin machine is divided into treatment group and observation group,chemotherapy regimens are 2HREZ/ 4HR,the treatment group with Jianpi Runfei pill.The end of the treatment group 1,two at the end sputum conversion rates were 75.5% and 84.4%,53.3% higher than 64.4%;treatment group 2 the end of six at the end of the lesion improved absorption rates were 62.2% and 93.3%,higher than that of 40.0% and 77.7%;treatment group 6 at the end of the pore closure rate was 84.4%,higher than 57.7%;treatment group,the incidence of adverse drug reactions was 6.7%,20% lower than the control group,after statistical processing,the difference was signifi cant.Conclusion Jianpi Runfei pill helps old and the beginning of lungs and spleen smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis in adjuvant therapy.
