摘要
目的探讨改良小梁切除术与小梁切除术治疗青光眼的术后疗效比较与分析。方法选取青光眼患者95例(95眼)随机分成观察组49例(49眼),对照组46例(46眼),分别行改良小梁术与小梁切除术。结果经统计学处理,术后早期眼压控制情况与前房形成情况无显著性差异(P>0.05),但术后远期眼压控制情况与功能性滤过泡形成情况比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论改良小梁切除术较小梁切除术具有良好的远期眼压控制效果和形成良好的功能性滤过泡,减少了手术并发症的优点。
Objective To discuss,compare and analyze the curative effect of treating glaucoma with modified trabeculectomy or trabeculectomy.Methods Take 95 samples（95 eyes） from glaucoma patients,Randomly divide them into two groups： 49 sample（49 eyes） for the observation group,and 46 sample（46 eyes） for the control group.And conduct modified trabeculectomy and trabeculectomy respectively.Results Statistical analysis of early postoperative anterior chamber intraocular pressure control of the situation and the situation was no signifi cant difference（P0.05）,but the long term IOP control after the situation with functional bleb formation were signifi cantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion Compared with Trabeculectomy,modifi ed trabeculectomy enjoys the following advantages： it has a better effect in controlling long-term eye pressure;it helps promoting the formation of functional fi lter-bubble and helps lessening the complications.
