摘要
弱碱性阴离子交换树脂用于水处理时,其主要性能指标———工作交换容量,主要取决于失效树脂层中残余交换容量的大小。此项研究在实验室条件下,通过34mm直径离子交换柱模拟运行试验,测定了D301Ⅲ型弱碱树脂在不同运行条件下的残余交换容量,并以此为基础,导出了该树脂运行残余交换容量与粒度、层高、温度、水流速、流向、进水酸度及硫酸含量、失效酸度、再生剂量和流向等影响因素关系的经验公式。这为预言该树脂在具体应用条件下的工作交换容量和平均出水酸度奠定了基础。
When weak basic anion exchange resin is applied in water treatment,its main performance index operating exchange capacity is mainly affected by the residual ion exchange capacity in exhausted bed.Simulated experiments in laboratory with column of 34mm diameter were conducted and the residual operating exchange capacity data in different conditions were obtained.Based on these results,the empirical formulae showing the functional relations between different operation condition factors such as particle size,bed height,temperature,rate and direction of water flow,influent acidity and the content of sulfuric acid,acidity upon exhaustion,acid consumption and flow direction were educed.These formulae can serve as the foundations for predicting the operating exchange capacity of weak basic anion exchange resin in specific use.
