PRAME在儿童急性白血病诊疗中的研究进展

Development of PRAME in the diagnosis and treatment of children acute leukemia

摘要 黑色素瘤特异性抗原(preferentially expressed antigen of melanoma,PRAME)基因作为泛白血病标志可用于微小残留白血病检测,并对疗效、预后、危险度分级及复发预测具有一定意义.此外,PRAME作为肿瘤相关抗原,可被细胞毒性T细胞识别,是白血病免疫治疗的理想靶点,对PRAME基因启动子区CpG岛甲基化的深入研究有助于理解PRAME基因在白血病中的表达机制及与白血病发生之间的关系. The gene of preferentially expressed antigen of melanoma(PRAME) is a gene marker of leukemia,which can be used to monitor the minimal residual disease,and can make us to comprehend the curative effect,prognosis,the grade of risk and can predict relapse.In addition,PRAME as a human tumour antigen,can be recognized by autologous cytolytic T lymphocytes,is a ideal target of immunotherapy in leukemia,and investigate the methylation level of PRAME gene CpG island,which can help us comprehend the relation of the mechanism of PRAME and leukemia.
