Experimental Research on Separating a Pt-Pd Ore in Inner Mongol

摘要 该矿石属浸染状低硫铂钯矿石,构造以稀疏浸染状为主,金属矿物仅占矿石矿物总量的1.7%,铂钯矿物大部分赋存在硫化物中,呈复合矿物集合体不均匀浸染于脉石中。试验采用一粗、二扫、二精浮选工艺流程,选用丁基黄药、2#油、碳酸钠和EML1药剂,最终获得了混合精矿含铂74.04g/t、铂回收率89.79%,含钯78.60g/t、钯回收率88.68%,含铜18.04%、铜回收率70.87%的较好选矿指标。 The ore belongs to the disseminated Pt-Pd ore with low pyrite,the ore structure is mainly emerged as scattered dissemination,the content of metallic minerals accounts for 1.7% of total amount of the minerals,major part of Pt-Pd is occurred in sulfide minerals and unevenly disseminated in gangue minerals in the form of mineral complexes.The experimertal research was performed by adopting the technological flowsheet of"one roughing-two scavenging-two cleaning flotation",and using butyl xanthate,oil No.2,Na2CO3 and EML1 as flotation reagents.The final bulk concentrate contained 74.04g/t Pt,78.60g/t Pd and 18.04% Cu,their recovery is 89.79%,88.68% and 70.87% respectively.
