摘要
采用氧弹燃烧-离子色谱法测定人造丝中溴。实验选用3.2mmol/L碳酸钠-1.0mmol/L碳酸氢钠淋洗液,流速为0.7mL/min,进样体积为20μL,电导检测器。在0.1~50mg/L时,线性相关系数0.9996,样品加标回收率为98%~102%,RSD小于2.1%,检出限为0.22mg/kg。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、重现性好。
The bromine in rayon was determined by oxygen bomb combustion-ion chromatography.The eluate is 1.0mmol/L sodium bicarbonate(NaHCO3)and 3.2mmol/L sodium carbonate(Na2CO3).The flow tate is 0.7ml/min.The inject volume is 20μl.A conductimetric detector is used for determination.In the range of 0.1~50mg/L,the linear correlation coefficient is larger than 0.9996.The recovery varies from 98% to 102%,the limit of detection is 0.22μg/L.This method is simple and accurate,and the repeatability is better.
