摘要
"数字水利"作为当今水利建设及管理的有效手段,已是大势所趋,而基础地理空间数据作为"数字水利"建设的基石,采用统一的坐标系统进行区域水利工程建设的管理是必要前提。本文对区域水利工程坐标系统统一的必要性及如何利用JSCORS系统实现水利工程坐标系统的统一作了阐述,并以淮安地区为例,设计了一个适合于淮安地区的、可执行性强的坐标系统统一流程,并在实际工程中得到验证,取得较好的效果。
As an effective management technique in hydraulic Project constructing,＂Digital Water Resources＂ is a huge trend in the field of water resource construction.And as the foundation of ＂Digital Water Resources＂,the geospatial data must be managed by the unified coordinate system.This paper describe the necessity of the unified coordinate system in hydraulic project constructing,and dicuss how to realize the unified coordinate system of the hydraulic project by using JSCORS.Finally,the paper takes the Huai An as the test region,design a executable coordinate unification process,and verifie the process in the practical projects.
