摘要
房产测量的面积测算中,由于房屋预测成果和实测成果的差异而引发的矛盾和纠纷时有发生。根据笔者所了解的情况,针对其中几个关键的主要问题,即房屋预测成果与实测成果的时效的定义、保温墙体的厚度的定义、共有公用部位的问题进行了比较详细的论证与分析、并针对这些问题,提出了一些解决办法与对措施的意见和建议。
In area mesuralment of house property measures,contradiction and dispute offten caused by the difference between estimate area and measured area in house property.According to situations obtained by author, this paper gave a detail demonstration and analysis on several main issues: aging's definition of house estimation area and actual mesured area,thickness's definition of thermal insulated wall and questions on shared parts.Then some solutions and measures are presented aimed at these issues.
