Introduction to the Design of Financial Evaluation Program of Construction Projects

设计一套程序使用计算机辅助经济评价，建设项目经济评价工作量就可以大幅度地减少。经过反复研究与调试，编写了一运用于项目财务评价的程序（简称评价程序）。具体介绍了该程序的使用方法，程序对经济评价所作的假设与简化，以及使用者如何自行修改报表的数据来弥补程序的局限性。此外提出程序设计中所存在的缺陷，有待今后改进。

The work load of economic evaluation of construction projects can be significantly reduced by designing a computer program as auxiliary tool. After studying and debugging repeatedly, a program for the financial evaluation of projects (simplified as evaluation program) was edited. This paper introduces in detail the running method of the program, the hypotheses and simplifications made in this program for economic evaluation and the method with which the users can modify the data of report forms by themselves so that the limitation of program can be minimized. Moreover, the disadvantages presented in this program are pointed out too, which should be improved in the future.
