On Achievement of Maximum Effectiveness of Library Network Information Resources

对网络信息资源的主要特点和缺陷进行了分析,指出了当前网络信息资源很大程度上处于无序状态,信息发布具有很大的自由度和随意性,缺乏必要的过滤质量控制和管理机制,在此基础上提出了图书馆提高网络信息资源利用效率的对策,以期实现图书馆对网络信息资源应用的最大效用。

Based on the analysis of the main characteristics and defects of network information resources,this paper shows clearly that the current network information resources are disordered to a great extent.Being lack of necessary filter-quality control as well as management mechanism,issued information is of randomness and arbitrariness.What＇s more,the strategies of increasing efficiency of network information resources are put forward so as to achieve the maximum effectiveness of network information resources.
