摘要
就我国化纤工业的现状，详细阐述了我国建化纤厂必须重视的走以内涵为主的发展道路、推行工程建设承包制和环保等３个问题。
In accordance with the status of China's chemical fiber industry,this article discusses three major issues that need to be seriously considered when building chemical fiber plants in China:relying mainly on the rational and effective use of internal potential resources, carrying out contracting engineering projects and protecting environment.
