摘要
总结了对德国、法国和荷兰的部分化工、化纤和化肥企业进行技术考察的情况，介绍了这些企业在清洁生产、污染物治理以及企业现代化管理等方面所采取的措施及收效，并就其政府和企业制定的污染物排放标准及监测管理力度，与我国作了初步比较。
This article summarizes the technical survey of the chemical industry, chemical fiber and fertilizer enterprises in Germany,France and the Netherlands.It also discusses the measures these enterprises have taken in clean production,treatment of pollutants and modern management of environmental protection,and their results that have been achieved.It goes on to make an initial comparison between China and these countries in emission standards of pollutants and inspection power.
