为了克服连杆模具制造采用传统的电火花加工(EDM)会出现微小裂纹、表面质量差和生产效率低的不足,基于功能强大的UG CAM软件系统平台,使用高速加工(HSM)技术制造连杆型腔模具,提出了相应的加工策略,并介绍了连杆模具的高速加工方法,从而缩短了加工时间,提高了模具精度。
