摘要
通过分析IT项目在风险决策中出现的信息不完整现象,指出影响IT项目不成功的主要风险因素。通过从已有信息中获取空值元素的取值概率分布的方法,提取出风险决策规则,有助于克服相关领域知识的局限,获得恰当的样本对象分类。
It analyzes the appearance of incomplete information occurred in making risk decision of IT program, describes the main risk facts that lead to an unsuccessful IT program. This method can get the probability distribution of null value from the given data, collect risk decision regulation from incomplete data. It is usefull for overcoming the limitation of related knowledge in different area, and obtaining the special sample object classification.
