大港渣油-异丁烷体系溶剂脱沥青过程的相平衡研究(英文)

摘要 系统地研究了大港渣油-异丁烷体系及混有催化裂化澄清油的大港渣油-异丁烷体系在亚临界条件下,溶剂脱沥青过程的相特性及相平衡。得到了在亚临界条件下溶剂脱沥青过程的相图及适宜的操作区。实验结果表明,在亚临界区内压力和温度一样,对相平衡具有很大的影响。根据实验数据建立了半经验数学模型,并以此确定出了该体系在亚临界抽提过程的生产操作负荷图。 The authers has studied the phase characteristics and phase equilibrium of SDA(solvent-deasphalting) of Dagang residue- i C 4 and Dagang residue mixed with some CCDO(catalytic cracking decant oil)- i C 4 system under subcritical conditions systematically. The phase diagram and the operational area of SDA process under subcritical conditions for the systems have been determined. The experiments of phase equilibrium implied that the effect of pressure is the same important as temperature's effect on the phase equilibrium within the subcritical region. With the experimental data and the built of simi-emperical mathematical model, the MOCC(manufacture operation charge chart) of subcritical extraction process for the system has been obtained.
