摘要
通过对有预制裂纹带缺口的圆柱形试样的常温、高温低周疲劳裂纹扩展试验,并应用NHRDS有限元程序进行了缺口附近轴对称问题的循环应力、应变计算,研究了非均匀分布复杂应力状态下低周疲劳裂纹扩展规律。研究表明,214Cr-1Mo材料复杂应力状态下低周疲劳裂纹扩展速率可以采用当量应力强度因子范围表征。
By means of low cycle fatigue crack propagation test of cylindrical sample with prefabricated crack and notch at atomospheric and high temperature, and by the use of NHRDS finite element progeam to calculate the circulating stress and stain of axial symmetrical problem beside notch,the low cycle fatigue crack propagetion rule under nonhomogeneous distributed complecated stress condition is reseached. The research shows that the low cycle fatigue crack propagetion rate under complecate stress condition may be expressed by equivalent stress strength factor range.
