摘要
首次提出用量热法来测量油水比,在西安交通大学多相流国家重点实验室油气水三相试验台上进行试验。试验中用计算机来监测和存储数据。对试验结果进行了相应的理论分析。结果表明,量热法具有简单,可靠,无任何运动部件等一系列的优点。准确地确定量热法测试系统中电热器出口温度测量处的温度场不均匀修正系数,是采用量热法测量油水比的关键。对于现场测量而言,采用多大功率的电热器还需进一步研究。
The authors put forward measuring oil-gas ratio by using calorimetric method and carry on corresponding theory analysis. Results show that the calorimetric method is simple, reliable and has no any moving part. It is the key link to accurately determine the uneven revised coefficient of the outlet temperature field of the electric haeter.
