摘要
从催化裂化干气中回收低浓度乙烯,可通过深冷分离法、油吸收法、吸附分离法、络合分离法等途径,可将乙烯浓度提高到 80%以上。目前,国内外现有的从催化裂化装置副产干气中回收烯烃的几种技术最近都有新进展。它们具有一定的工艺特点和经济性,认为深冷分离法、中冷油吸收法和直接制乙苯法符合我国实际,具有很好的经济效益,值得在石油化工企业推广。
This article introduces the status quo of rocovering alkene from by-product dry gas of catalytic cracking unit at home and abroad, and their technology characteristics and economy. The authers consider that the cryogenic separtionn method, mid-refrigeration oil absorption method and directly making ethylbenzene method tally with the actual situation of ours and have good economic results.
