摘要
对原百联站破乳剂 XJ——710改性、复配,研制出改性破乳剂XJ—720.实际生产应用表明,新研制的XJ一720破乳剂完全适应目前百联站高含水原油特性,消除了中间层,降低了百联站一段热化学脱水温度,减少了力。热炉工作负荷,降低了原油脱水成本,为冬季正常生产提供了保证。XJ——720是百口泉混合原油对路破乳剂,其性能优于原来使用的XJ一710。
Through modification, complexing the former Baikouquan XJ-710 demulsifying agents the authors developed XJ-720 modified demulsifying agents. Production application shows that the newly developed XJ-720 demulsifying agents completely suit the characteristics of the present Baikuquan high water cut crude, eliminate the mid-layer, decrease the temperature of thermal chemistry dehydration and the work load of heaters and decrease the cost of crude dehydration, so as to ensure the normal production in winter.
