To improve the whole Party's Marxist level is not only a scientific sum-up of basic experience of the Party's ideological and theoretical construction,but also a strategic task in accordance with new tasks in new situation.It has rich connotation,including improving Marxist theory level,enhancing employing and developing abilities of Marxism,as well as making Marxism conform to the requirements of Chinese reality,times and the people.Decided by the value of Marxism,improving the whole Party's Marxist level is the sum-up of Party building experience and the certain demand to enhance Party building scientifically,keep the Party's progressiveness,and forge ahead the Party's cause development.Therefore,we should improve Marxist level in an all-round way,focusing on such key links as forming correct Marxist concept,upgrading Marxist philosophy level,scientifically handling Marxism,and building a Marxist learning-oriented party.
