发展循环经济实现社会整体利益最大化,使整个社会的资源发挥最大效用,对自然环境的污染达到最小,这需要建立企业参与、政府推动、公众支持的运行机制。运用博弈论方法对循环型企业的内部动因、外部影响进行博弈分析,构建政府、企业和消费者之间的多主体重复博弈模型,探讨在循环经济模式下三者在不同阶段所采取的策略,旨在建立推动循环型企业运行的长效机制,为加快循环经济在我国的实施提供对策。

In order to maximize the whole social benefits,make best use of all social resources and minimize the pollution to natural environment,it is necessary to construct an operating mechanism with enterprise participation,government promotion and public support in developing cyclic economy.By using the method of game theory,the paper analyzes the internal motive and external influences of cyclic enterprises,a multi-object game model is constructed among government,consumers and businesses in order to explore the countermeasures for the three parties in different stages under cyclic economy model and set up the long-term mechanism to push forward the operation of cyclic businesses so as to offer countermeasures for carrying out cyclic economy in China.
