摘要
孤东油田七区西52+3层北部聚合物驱扩大试验虽经室内试验和数模研究形成了实施方案,但由于油藏的复杂性等原因,前期的效果较差。针对注聚过程中出现的注入量达不到配注要求、注入能力下降、油层平面上的大孔道严重、南部与北部注采不平衡、转水驱前必须加强聚合物段塞强度等一系列现场问题,进行了三次大的调整。每一次调整均比前一期的效果有很大的改善,从总体上保证了扩大试验区的降水增油效果:综合含水下降5.6%,日增油326.6t,从1995年6月至1998年2月累计增油18.7×104t,采油指数由3.565t/(MPad)上升到4.597t/(MPad),层间、层内吸水状况明显改善,试验区少产水242×104t。预测提高采收率6.5%。现场注聚实施中的调整措施对保证整体注聚效果有重要作用,对其它区块聚合物驱现场应用有借鉴作用。
Though the scheme of
polymer flooding for the north part of Qiquxi 5 2+3 formations was formed by laboratory
experiment and numerical simulation, with the complicacy of the reservoir, the performance of
early field test was poor. In view of such problems as injecting quantity not meet the demand,
declining in injecting ability, large serious channel in plane, uneven injection production
between south part and north part, strengthening the intensity of polymer slug brfore converting
to water flooding and so on, adjustment were made for 3 times . The result was improved
greatly each time and the effect of reducing water cut and enhencing oil was ensured at the
extending test area:composite water cut drops by 5.6%, incremental oil production with
326.6t/d, from June 1995 to february 1998, incremental oil production is 18.7×10 4t, oil
productivity index rises from 3.565t/(MPa·d) to 4.597t/(MPa·d), interlayer injectivity is
improved obviously, decremental water production is 242×10 4t , the predicted EOR is 6 5%.
The adjusting measures of field injecting polymer play important role in ensuring polymer
flooding total effect, and can be used for reference by field application of polymer flooding at
other area.
