摘要
介绍了WPS活性剂驱油机理、室内研究及矿场试验情况。驱油机理的本质是降低界面张力,使残余油膜、油珠易于变形,降低流动体系的粘度,改善两相流度比,提高波及系数。室内研究确定了WPS驱油剂矿场试验浓度不应大于0.4%,其浓度在0.1%~0.5%间时与南28-1井组地层水配伍。现场试验进行六个月来,注入井注入压力稳定,对比油井含水下降了2.2个百分点,平均日增油10.1t,原油中烷烃和重质组分共增加17.22%。
This paper presents the oil displacement mechanism, laboratory research and field
test of WPS surfactant. Its oil displacement machanism is to reduce the interfacial tension and
make the remaining oil membranes and oil droplets transform easy, then reduce the viscosity
of the flow system and improve its two phase mobility ratio. It is determined by laboratory that
the WPS surfactant concentration should be below 0 4% in field test, it would match the
formation water of well group Nan 28 1 while its concentration is 0.1%~0.5%. In 6 months
since field testing began, the injective pressure is stable in injector and water cut droped by
2.2% in producer, the average oil increment is 10.1t/well, the alkane and heavy components
increased by 17.22%. The result shows that WPS surfactant flooding can enhence the recovery
of a homogeneous reservoir.
