论大学生新农村就业综合模式中的政府导向作用

On the Government's Guiding Role in the Comprehensive Mode of College Students' Employment in the New Countryside

通过分析政府在大学生新农村就业中的角色与责任,详细阐述了其在发挥导向作用过程中存在的问题。针对政府职能发挥不足、就业项目管理相对粗放、就业模式比较单一等现状,从政府引导有力、持续投入、激活与规范三个视角提出了相应对策。并对大学生新农村就业艰难的现状以及相关问题进行了思考与分析。

By analyzing the government＇s role and responsibility in college students＇ employment in the new countryside,the article specifically illustrates the problems existing in the process of developing its guiding role.Confronted with the current situation of deficient government functions,extensive management of employment project and onefold employment mode,the article comes up with the corresponding strategies from three perspectives： powerful government guidance,sustainable investment,activation and standardization.It also reflects on and analyzes the current situation of college students＇ employment in the new countryside and relevant issues.
