城镇新弱势群体的就业问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of New Vulnerable Groups in Town

在当前严峻的就业形势下,弱势群体就业问题更应引起社会的关注。研究了城镇新弱势群体就业的现实问题与对策,对所研究的新弱势群体进行了界定,阐述了新弱势群体就业困难的理论依据,分析城镇新弱势群体就业中一些问题,从社会保障、政策制度、劳动力市场、非正规就业、创业和人文关怀六个方面提出具体解决对策。

Under the current severe employment situation,the problem of employment of vulnerable groups should be especially concerned.In this paper,the problems and countermeasures of employment in new vulnerable groups are investigated.This paper first defines new vulnerable groups and elaborates the theoretical basis of the problem,then analyzes some problems and phenomena,finally it puts forward concrete solutions from six aspects,including the social security policies and systems,labor market,non-formal employment,entrepreneurship and humanities concern.
