摘要
从培养法学专业学生的道德素质、伦理价值思维等综合素质,以及从根本上改变我国司法界道德风气,建设中国特色社会主义法治文化的角度,阐发了在法学教育特别是大学本科法学教育中强化法律伦理教育的必要性。
From the perspective of cultivating law majors＇ comprehensive quality of moral quality and ethical value thinking,to fundamentally change the moral atmosphere of China＇s judiciary and construct the legalization culture with Chinese characteristics,the paper discusses the necessity of strengthening legal ethics education in legal education,especially in that of undergraduates.
