摘要
知识经济时代,社会对信息的需求与日俱增,高校图书馆向社会提供知识服务,是高校图书馆发展的必然趋势和社会责任。根据高校图书馆知识服务社会化体系的三个要素的特点提出了如下行之有效的措施:完善高校图书馆知识服务社会化的管理;对社会用户实行"按需服务";依托信息资源,开展知识服务,并且建立了功能齐全、界面友好的高校图书馆面向社会的知识服务平台。
In the era of knowledge economy,the social demand for information is increasing,so it's an inevitable trend and social responsibility for university libraries to provide knowledge services to the community.According to characteristics of three elements of university library social knowledge service system,effective measures,such as improving the management of knowledge service socialization of university libraries,implementing "on-demand service" for social users,and developing knowledge service based on information resources,have been proposed and a functional and user-friendly University Library Social Knowledge Service Platform has been established.
