Community medical service is one of the important tasks at present. This paper mainly discussed the great significance of TCM-based combination therapy on Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion in the community;the advantage and special features of TCM;the feasibility and specific methods of TCM-based integrated intervention of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion in the local community.
