摘要
使用相转移催化剂在常压下由对硝基氯苯碱性水解合成对硝基苯酚 ,研究了催化剂的种类、催化剂用量、氢氧化钠用量 ,氢氧化钠溶液浓度及反应时间等多种反应因素对目的产物产率的影响。提出常压下催化合成目的产物的适宜工艺条件是 :采用 A 1为相转移催化剂 ,其用量为对硝基氯苯的 6% ( mol) ,对硝基氯苯与氢氧化钠的摩尔比为 1∶ 3,氢氧化钠浓度为 50 % ,硝基苯为溶剂 ,1 4 0℃下常压反应 7h,产率为 73.6%。
pNitrophenol was synthesized from pnitrochlorobenzene and sodium hydroxide with phase transfer catalyst under normal atmosphere. The effect of the amount of sodium hydroxide and reaction time on yield of pnitrophenol was studied. The optimum parameters for preparing pnitrophenol were proposed. The optimal reaction conditions were A1 6% as catalyst, pnitrochlorobenzene sodium hydroside molar ratio 1∶3, the concentration sodium hydroxide solution 50%, nitrobenzen as solution reaction temperature 140 ℃, reaction 7 h under normal atmosphere. The yield of pnitrophenol was 73.6%.
